What we are
An MLM matrix protocol where the rules are written in Solidity. One $155 entry funds three simultaneous income streams: matrix autopool, level pool, and royalty. Every payout is on-chain and traceable on BscScan.
What we aren't
We're not an investment fund, security, or guaranteed-returns scheme. We don't custody user funds — every USDT transfer is wallet-to-wallet via the contract. There is no "company treasury" that pays you; payouts come from new joiners' contributions, distributed by code.

Every commission, every rebirth, every royalty share is a transaction on BSC. If it didn't hit the chain, it didn't happen.
No admin discretion
The contract owner can pause registrations in an emergency, but cannot redirect payouts, alter cycles, or change anyone's balance.
Deterministic outcomes
Given the same registration order, every test run produces identical payouts. We publish full simulator output and a 28-test verification report.
Single plan, single price
$155 once. No upgrades to sell, no tiers to push, no level locks. Everyone enters on the same terms.
Instant settlement
All commissions credit to your contract balance the moment a downstream registration confirms. Withdraw any time (min $10).

We publish a 13-page test report (matrix lifecycle), a 14-page test report (level pool + royalty), and a one-page rules summary. Read them before you join.

Earnings depend on subsequent registrations
Your matrix earnings depend on others joining and your matrix positions filling. If registrations slow or stop, positions may not fill and potential earnings drop accordingly. Treat any participation as discretionary and only commit funds you can afford to lose.
Operations & sustainability fee
A small portion of your initial entry and your first earnings supports platform operations, audits, hosting, and ongoing development. This is a one-time charge — once paid, all future income from any stream flows directly to your balance.
Not a security or investment
RegeNext is not registered as a security with any financial regulator. Participation is at your own risk and may not be legal in your jurisdiction.
