1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RegeNext platform (the "Platform"), operated by [ENTITY NAME] ("we", "us", "our"), you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you, including securities laws, AML/CFT regulations, sanctions programs, or restrictions on multi-level-marketing or matrix-style schemes in your country of residence.
• You are not located in, a citizen of, or resident in any jurisdiction where the Platform's services are prohibited.

3. Nature of the Platform

RegeNext is a non-custodial smart-contract platform deployed on the BNB Smart Chain. All entries, payouts, and royalty distributions are executed by autonomous Solidity code published on-chain. We do not custody user funds. We do not operate as a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, or money transmitter.

Participation is voluntary, non-refundable, and entirely at your own risk. The Platform is not an investment product, security, or guaranteed-return scheme. Earnings depend on subsequent participation by other users and are not guaranteed.

4. Wallet & Account

You access the Platform using a self-custody wallet (e.g., MetaMask). You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases. We have no ability to recover, freeze, reverse, or modify any transaction once submitted to the blockchain.

5. Fees & Payments

All payments are made in USDT (BEP-20) at the published entry price. A portion of each entry funds platform operations, audits, and development. All distributions and fees execute automatically per the smart contract logic. Network gas fees are paid by the User initiating each transaction.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, or any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the smart contract or front-end.
• Misrepresent the Platform to others (including making earnings guarantees or claims of regulatory approval that do not exist).
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain unfair advantage.
• Access the Platform from a sanctioned jurisdiction or while subject to international sanctions.

7. No Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the smart contract is free of bugs, vulnerabilities, or economic exploits.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall [ENTITY NAME], its affiliates, contractors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of funds, profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
