Risk Disclosure
Last updated: May 7, 2026
Read this disclosure carefully before participating. By using the RegeNext platform (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you understand and accept all of the risks described below.
1. Not an Investment
RegeNext is not an investment, security, or guaranteed-returns product. It is not registered with any financial regulator. Participation is voluntary, non-refundable, and entirely at your own risk. Do not participate with funds you cannot afford to lose.
2. Total Loss is Possible
You may lose your entire entry payment. There is no guarantee of any return, and no mechanism for refund or recovery. If matrix positions beneath you do not fill, your potential earnings drop or disappear entirely.
3. Earnings Depend on Subsequent Participation
This is a matrix-based network model. Your earnings depend on others joining the platform after you. As participation slows, late entrants may receive significantly less — or nothing — compared to earlier participants. Historical or theoretical maximums shown anywhere on the Platform do not represent typical outcomes.
4. Smart Contract Risk
The Platform runs on autonomous smart-contract code. Smart contracts may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended logic that result in loss of funds. Once a transaction is confirmed on-chain, it cannot be reversed by the Platform, the operating entity, or any authority. Audit reports (if any) reduce but do not eliminate this risk.
5. Blockchain & Wallet Risk
- If you lose access to your wallet (lost seed phrase, compromised key, hardware failure), you lose access to your funds permanently.
- Phishing, malware, fake websites, and social-engineering attacks can drain wallets without recourse.
- Network congestion or RPC outages may delay transactions.
- Hard forks, chain reorganizations, or BNB Chain protocol changes are outside our control.
6. Volatility & Token Risk
USDT and other tokens may fluctuate in value or lose their peg. Stablecoin issuers may freeze, blacklist, or invalidate tokens. We do not control USDT, BSC, or any underlying network.
7. Regulatory Risk
Multi-level marketing, matrix programs, and crypto-asset distributions are restricted, regulated, or prohibited in many jurisdictions. You are responsible for verifying that participation is legal where you live. The Platform may be unavailable to users in certain countries without notice. Future regulation may render the Platform unlawful or impose tax obligations on participants retroactively.
8. Tax Liability
Earnings on the Platform may be taxable in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes owed. We do not provide tax advice and do not issue tax forms.
9. No Custody, No Recovery
We do not hold, custody, or have any access to user funds. We cannot recover lost or misdirected transactions, freeze a wallet on your behalf, or reverse a payment to a scammer or wrong address. You are your own custodian.
10. Front-end Availability
The Platform's website (front-end) may go offline, be blocked, or be discontinued at any time. The smart contract continues to operate independently on-chain, but your ability to interact with it via a friendly UI is not guaranteed.
11. Fraud, Scams & Misrepresentation
Beware of third parties impersonating RegeNext, our team, or our community. We will never ask for your seed phrase, private key, or USDT transfers outside the smart contract. Anyone making earnings guarantees, promising specific returns, or pressuring you to recruit is acting against these Terms — report them to [CONTACT EMAIL].
12. No Professional Advice
Nothing on the Platform is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Consult qualified independent professionals before participating, especially if you are uncertain about the legality of crypto or matrix-style platforms in your country.
13. Acknowledgment
By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these risks. You participate voluntarily and waive any claim against [ENTITY NAME], its affiliates, contractors, or representatives based on losses arising from these risks.
