Have your transaction hash ready
If you're contacting us about a registration, withdrawal, or claim issue — please include your wallet address and the BscScan transaction hash. It saves a round-trip and lets us check chain state directly.
Beware impersonators
Official RegeNext team members never DM users first asking for seed phrases, private keys, or "verification" payments. If anyone claiming to be from RegeNext reaches out unsolicited and asks for those, it's a scam — block and report.
